We will land at Marrakesh and after exploring this incredible city, our tour leads us into the Sahara with a stop over at Dades Valley before spending a night in a glamorous safari tent in the Sahara. After watching the sunrise in the Sahara we will make our way to Essaouira for 2 nights and as this is a long journey, we will spend the night at Ksar Ait Ben Haddou enroute.
This adventure includes 3 nights in Marrakesh, 1 night in Dades Valley, 1 night in Merzouga, 1 night in Ksar Ait Ben Haddou with 2 nights spent in the picturesque port village of Essaouira. We will have one final evening in Marrakesh before our flight back home.
This is a bucket list destination for most and as a result have aimed to include as much as possible. A guided tour of the medina in Marrakesh to practice your haggling skills. We recognise that everyone has different interests and therefore included a choice of excursions in Marrakesh: either a day trip to the waterfalls or a day trip to Casablanca or for those that dont long like journeys, a hop on hop off bus ticket to explore Marrakesh on your on.
Once you land in Marrakesh all transfers are included. You will be collected from the airport for check in at your Riad. To enjoy a night in the Sahara, unfortunately this is a long coach journey and therefore we break the journey up with a night in Dades Valley. We will enjoy a camel ride into the Sahara when we arrive at Merzouga. We will continue our coach journey to Essaouira and on our final evening spent in Marrakesh.

Overview
Discover Morocco’s exotic sights and fiery flavors, ancient walled cities and Sahara desert. Experience the bustling and colourful markets of Marrakesh to camel rides across the Sahara desert, ending off with an ocean stay in Essaouira. Join us to journey through Morocco on this 9 night group tour with like minded women, an unforgettable and memorable experience in North Africa. For those that have 3 extra nights and a tad more adventurous and fit, an optional excursion can be added on to summit Mt Toubkal, North Africa’s highest mountain.
Please bear in mind before booking, this tour has been specifically designed to stay in authentic guesthouses (Riads) and as a result may be smaller and darker compared to USA and European guesthouses. This is not a luxury tour which the price reflects. Careful consideration has still been given to which riads we are staying in, however it is important that this is understood to manage expectations. My aim is to give back to the locally owned riads as opposed to staying in a branded 5* resort.

FAQ
Is my money protected?
Yes, and you will never lose your money. We also offer 1 free date change before 60 days of your departure date.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course, if you book separately, just let us know you want to share a room. Equally, our adventures are designed as solo trips, so the majority of our travelers will not know each other at the beginning, however we know true friendships will be formed by the end.
I don’t know anyone else on the group travelling and I am a shy person
We all understand that feeling of being out of your comfort zone and meeting new people for the first time, but don’t forget that everyone you meet on the other side will be in the same position as you. We will add all of our travellers for one trip into a Whatsapp group for you to all ask each other questions and get to know each other before setting off. You will most certainly meet friends for life on your trip because you will all have at least one thing in common… You’re stepping outside your comfort zones and getting out there to see the world!
If we still haven’t answered your question, please fill in the question here (contact us form) or speak to us on the chat button now
Where is the adventure ?
Fly from your local airport to Marrakech at your own expense. If you need assistance with flights we are happy to help. Fly into and out of Marrakech. If you wish to continue your adventure solo to Agadir or Casablanca, again we can assist with that and you can choose to fly out of those cities
How Fit Do I need to be?
For the 9 night tour, this isnt a difficult tour in relation to fitness. The walking tours will be leisurely.
For the optional hiking tour, a good level of fitness is required, sufficient to hike up a mountain for 5 hours. If you can hike up Snowdonia two days in a row, that is the level of fitness required.
Which currency must I bring?
You cannot purchase Durhams outside of Morocco, therefore they will be purchased inside the airport
What type of accommodation is included?
The accommodation is in authentic riads which might be dark and small. The guesthouses in the desert are basic.
The standard of accommodation reflects the price and is not in luxury accommodation
Who will I share a room with?
You will more than likely be sharing a room with one or more other Seek adventurers as our accommodation is a mixture of twin, triple or multi-share. The beds will be a mixture of single and double beds and in our experience women are normally happy sharing a double bed. This is so that not only can we keep the cost down for you, but also to provide you with the opportunity of building strong friendships with people that you would not usually cross paths with in your everyday life.

I’ve just returned from the Morocco Group Tour For Women with Tide and Seek Travel, and I’m absolutely elated. As a solo female traveler, it can sometimes be daunting to venture out alone, but this tour provided the perfect balance of adventure, security, and camaraderie. Journeying through Morocco’s enchanting landscapes, bustling souks, and tranquil deserts with a group of empowering women was an experience like no other. Every detail was impeccably curated, making it an ideal getaway for solo travelers like me. My heartfelt thanks to Tide and Seek for crafting such an immersive and supportive experience. A must-try for every solo female traveler!
