Yes! More than ever, we understand you need reassurance that your hard-earned money is fully protected.

We all understand that feeling of being out of your comfort zone and meeting new people for the first time, but don’t forget that everyone you meet on the other side will be in the same position as you. We will add all of our travellers for one trip into a Whatsapp group for you to all ask each other questions and get to know each other before setting off. You will most certainly meet friends for life on your trip because you will all have at least one thing in common.. You’re stepping outside your comfort zones and getting out there to see the world!

Depending on the trip, you will more than likely be sharing a room with one or more other Seek adventurer as our accommodation is a mixture of twin, triple or multi share.  The beds will be a mixture of single and double beds and in our experience women are normally happy sharing a double bed. This is so that not only can we keep the cost down for you, but also to provide you with the opportunity of building strong friendships with people that you would not usually cross paths with in your everyday life. 

If there are a few of you landing at similar times, we will facilitate a group meet where you will be provided with a meeting point before you set off to ensure that you know where to meet your fellow Seek adventurers when you land. You will also have the phone numbers for your Seek Leader and the rest of the team in the UK so there will always be someone on hand to help you. Don’t worry if you are in the destination Country before the trip officially begins, we will give you all information of how to get to the destination hotel. Equally, if you are arriving at a time outside of the hours of others, we will give you full information how to get to the hotel.

This will differ for each trip, and once you have booked and we have confirmed your trip we will send you a handy packing guide. You will also be added to a Whatsapp group with your fellow adventurers who no doubt will all be asking the same questions! 

Unfortunately, whilst we would love to include your flights in our tours this would not be possible from a logistical standpoint. Our seekers travel from all over the UK and sometimes Europe or even worldwide. We are more than happy to assist you in booking your flights, just message us once you have booked onto a trip. A Seek Leader will meet you at the destination accommodation on the first date of the adventure.

Our trips are all catered to ensure that you are with like minded people regardless of age. We understand however that it is comforting to know that you will be surrounded by people of a similar age which is why we have designed trips for those looking to party into the night or those seeking some well earned RnR. Regardless of your chosen destination and itinerary, your Seek Leader will ensure you have fun! Remember, this is your journey and adventure and we are there to guide you. We are mindful that downtime is crucial and will always leave some time for you to go shopping, to the beach, meditate etc. The amount of free time will be listed on the trip itinerary.

Absolutely! Travel insurance is compulsory and a copy will need to be emailed to your Seek Leader prior to departure. 

We do offer a deposit option of £100 per adventure per person as long as the final balance is paid in full 60 days before your adventure begins. If you are booking within 60 days of your chosen start date you will need to pay the full balance.

Plans sometimes change and we understand that, so if you wish to change your date after making a booking then just let us know at least 60 days before the start date and we will move you to any available group (subject to availability) free of charge. If you need to change your date within 30 to 59 days prior to departure, we will charge an admin fee. No date changes will be allowed less than 29 days before the start date of your trip. Start date changes are limited to one per person, if you need to change again a second time then the refund policy applicable to cancellations will apply.

As a travel company based in the UK, we follow The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) advice. If they advise against travel to a destination or all travel in general, we’ll postpone our affected adventures or amend tour itineraries in line with this advice.

If your booking is affected, we’ll contact you directly and you’ll be given the option to transfer onto a future adventure, without our usual cancellation or transfer charges. You’ll be given a choice of future tour dates, for the same tour destination and itinerary, taking place within 12 months from your original tour start date, so you can choose the tour date that best suits you.

Your Seek leader will get in touch with you 2 weeks before your trip to confirm your meeting time/flight details and to introduce themselves. Equally you will be put in a Whatsapp group to ensure that you can build a rapport with your Seek Leader and fellow Adventurers before you even set off!

If you have an allergy you must let us know so that we can make your Seek leader aware. We also recommend printing out allergy cards in the local language to bring with you. These cards can be easily found on google and are great to carry as they can be shown to the restaurants we eat at to explain your allergy in depth and make sure nothing gets lost in translation.
