You will let us know when you arrive at Bali International Airport. We will give detailed directions on how to reach the port in time to board the ferry to Nusa Penida. You will be picked up at Nusa Penida port and driven to your initial lodging. Once everyone from your group has arrived, we will have dinner and possibly a few drinks to get to know one another.

Prepare your cameras as you prepare to visit Nusa Penida’s most incredible beaches

On this full-day adventure, we will rise early to avoid the crowds and explore several renowned beaches. Impressive cliffs, breathtaking beaches, and some of Bali’s most famous vistas can all be found on the island. Starting at Kelingking Beach, our trip to one of Indonesia’s most picturesque islands will be conducted. On the island, this location is both the most stunning and well-known. I’m confident you’ll recognize it from the Instagram account of your favourite travel influencer. We shall proceed to Broken Beach after taking those once-in-a-lifetime images. One of the most magnificent beaches on earth is the result of this limestone landscape feature. After visiting Broken Beach, we’ll move on to a renowned treehouse where you can take a stunning photo before making our way to Diamond Beach, our last stop.

We had a unique experience thanks to the disregard for health and safety. The views from the top are nevertheless breathtaking for people who are less keen to climb rock faces. For the more daring, you physically descend with a piece of rope—and yes, you climb back up in the same manner! If Shareen can do it at 51, I’m confident you all can, too (although she needs a local to push her bum to get her up at one point). Since the beach is heaven on earth, the stairs are referred to as the Stairway to Heaven. A business will take your picture on a swing about halfway down for an additional fee.

We will likely be jetlagged after this jam-packed day of breathtaking scenery, so the evening is yours to spend in any way you like.

Today, on your first of many snorkelling outings, we snorkel with manta rays

Ocean life
Blue seas

Nusa Penida is not only beautiful above water! The blue seas of the Indian Ocean that encircle this magnificent island are teeming with breathtaking vistas. Words cannot explain the splendour beneath…you must see it for yourself! Snorkelling allows you to experience this incredible underwater world.

Snorkelling does not necessitate particular expertise, certification, or the use of heavy equipment. Feel one with nature as you marvel at the astounding variety of Penida’s ocean flora and fauna. Don’t worry if you’re not a strong swimmer; life vests are provided.

Allow us to take you on a fascinating journey into this watery world where there are, As far as the eye can see, and there are coral reefs. Teeming with life in inconceivable forms! There is an unbelievable abundance of tropical reef fish and the giant ray of all, the Manta Ray, a stunning, clever, and curious gentle giant.

Because they solely consume plankton, these are the most delicate creatures that would not harm a fly! This lovely creature never stops swimming from the moment it is born until it dies. We cannot guarantee that you will see these excellent fish, but Shareen has been fortunate enough to swim with them both times she has visited Bali. Our skipper promises to do his best to get us to the ideal places to swim with the Mantas. The day will conclude with a fantastic lunch at a well-known beach club, where you will share the excitement of (hopefully) swimming with the gorgeous mantas.

Gili T has beautiful sunsets and beverages

Today, we’ll travel to Gili Trawangan; Gili Trawangan is the biggest, most vibrant, and most advanced among the three Gili Islands. This small island is the epitome of paradise, surrounded by beautiful blue waters, white sand beaches and coconut trees. Divers and snorkelers will enjoy visiting what is known as the world’s sea turtle capital. Because there are no automobiles, you will explore on foot, on bicycle, or in a horse-drawn cart (although we do not personally use or endorse horse-drawn carts). Although Gili T is well-known for its crowded main strip, the island’s centre offers a more relaxed vibe.

We’ll settle into our hostel before grabbing a snorkel and heading to the turtles to snorkel. While we always bring our goggles, they may be easily rented on the beach. In the evening, we will rent bicycles and bike to see a stunning sunset (weather permitting) while eating pizza and drinking optional cocktails. A wonderful day!

Snorkeling excursion to the well-known underwater monuments

There will be another snorkelling expedition in the morning to see the famed statues close off the coast of Gili Meno. We’ve done this journey several times and know we must leave early to avoid’snorkel soup’… The afternoon is yours to spend however you like; whether you want to walk about the island, trek up the only hill, rest on the beach, or have a flower bath and massage, there are many alternatives.

Set sail on our 3-night sailing excursion

Bali group tour
Women only tour

We’ll board the early-morning local ferry to Lombok to start what we think will be the trip’s high point.

We’ll sail from Lombok to Labuan Bajo for three nights to view the Komodo dragons (before they go extinct) and go whale shark snorkelling! Don’t be alarmed by the name “sharks”; these fish are gentle filter feeders and not dangerous. Amie’s highlight of the previous year was getting up at 5 a.m. to go snorkelling with approximately ten whale sharks. These are fish in the ocean; as with manta rays, there is no assurance that you will see them.

As stated on their website, you will enjoy a fisherman’s lifestyle! You can explore authentically by boarding their adventure cruiser. You will spend the night resting on the deck while enjoying the sea wind and the starry sky (check out our images to ensure you’re okay with this). We anticipate relishing freshly caught fish immediately fried in the boat’s galley and served with a Bintang. You can pre-order alcoholic beverages or soft drinks to bring onboard at your own expense.

Today will be the day we go whale shark snorkelling

Whales

The yells of “whale sharks, whale sharks” should hopefully wake us up at 5 am so we can quickly grab our goggles and experience a genuinely once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to swim with these fantastic animals. The rest of the day will be spent relaxing on deck, playing cards, and interacting with other cruisers, or you can find a quiet place to read a book.

Sip a Bintang while relaxing on one of the rare pink beaches in the world

Great tour-Bali tour

We’ll spend some time today at one of the world’s rare pink beaches. Once more, you can unwind, go snorkelling, and interact with your new acquaintances. We will go to Komodo Island in the late afternoon, where we will spend a few hours admiring these magnificent animals from a distance (no petting is permitted, of course). There are numerous photo chances along the 5-kilometre stroll around the island (again, please remember that seeing the animals is not assured as they are not kept in cages).

We finish the day by trekking up a mountain for a beautiful view. Everyone moves at their rate, and there is only one way up and one way down. Each individual’s fitness level will determine the height of the mountain and the tempo.

Our sailing adventure concludes at Flores with a much-needed shower

Relaxing time
Flores mid-morning

We arrive in Flores mid-morning, and everyone first takes a much-needed shower (there are no showers onboard, only a bucket and water DIY shower). How about spending the afternoon relaxing by the pool? exploring the local fish market before enjoying a big optional group meal or sleeping in a proper bed.

Unwind in Seminyak

Nights in Seminyak

We take an early morning flight back to Bali to spend two nights in Seminyak. These two days are meant for relaxation because we have been going nonstop since coming. You can reread your favourite book, lounge on the beach, or get a massage. We suggest various Canggu beach clubs for anyone who wants to check them out. However, they are not cheap.

Without a beach club, we couldn’t go to Bali; today, we’re going to Uluwatu

Uluwatu beach
White sand beaches

After two restful nights, we depart for Uluwatu, Bali’s surfing capital. White sand beaches, incredible surfing waves, long nights spent sipping drinks, and a well-known temple are all attributes of Uluwatu.

After settling into our two-night lodging, we’ll head to the beach (weather permitting). Many surf schools offer this if you want to learn how to surf. Alternatively, you may play in the giant waves we have seen outside of South Africa.

We will travel to Single Fin in the late afternoon. Single Fin began in 2008 with modest goals but soon rose to the top of Bali’s must-do lists. The beach bar is the place to go to have an icy cold Bintang after an afternoon on the beach while watching the sunset in the Indian Ocean. It is perched on the impressive cliffs and overlooks the historic Uluwatu surf break, which was found back in the 1970s.

Witness the breathtaking view of the sun setting over Uluwatu Temple

Kecak dance in Bali

Enjoy the morning at your leisure before visiting Uluwatu Temple in the late afternoon. This temple looks out over the Indian Ocean from a high ledge 70 meters above sea level. Additionally, you can see a spectacular sunset there.

The monkeys in this area are the worst-behaving in Southeast Asia, so be careful around them. Make sure you are not sporting any jewellery or eyewear. Of all the Uluwatu activities, watching the kecak fire dance at Uluwatu Temple as the sun sets is a must. The best site to watch the Kecak dance in Bali is in Uluwatu at the theatre of Uluwatu Temple, where you can witness a fantastic sunset behind the dancers.

Prepare your outfits and grins for our Bali swing pictures over rice fields

I love Bali

We depart from Uluwatu’s beaches and go far to Lovina. Though few travellers to Indonesia can witness this, we think the five-hour trek is worthwhile. We spend the late afternoon and evening unwinding before our 6 am start after checking in. A swing overlooking a rice field is one of the must-have images in Bali, so we’ll try to stop there.

Swimming with dolphins in the ocean on our last snorkeling excursion

Snorkeling excursion
Swimming with dolphins

Swimming with dolphins in the ocean was yet another pleasure of our trip. Swimming with dolphins in captivity is not what this is like in Florida! This is watching dolphins play in the ocean while hanging onto a fishing rod and donning goggles. It was one of the best days of our lives once we figured out how to hang on (no pun intended). Dolphin sightings cannot be guaranteed, as they are with any of our snorkelling excursions. Until we spotted our first school, we sailed for 90 minutes while hoping and even trying to make a dolphin call.

After that, dolphins sprang and swam directly beneath us, coming within 2 meters of us.

We depart for Ubud, our ultimate goal, after a filling breakfast. The world-famous Monkey Forest is our first stop after checking in. Four social groupings with their territories and hierarchies comprise the monkey population. The crew provides them with food, including sweet potatoes, fruits, and vegetables, and the monkeys can roam freely. Anyone travelling to Ubud should visit the forest.

You can spend the evening anyway since we have another early morning.

Early dawn to climb Mount Batur to catch the sunrise

Bali tour only for women-Bali trip
Mount Batur

We set out at two in the morning for the Mount Batur sunrise climb, a worthwhile and alluring way to begin the day. Furthermore, this is the best dawn in Bali!

The highest point of Mount Batur, also known as Gunung Batur in Indonesia, is 1717 meters high. We left early in the morning due to the high midday temperatures, which gives you the added benefit of seeing the sunrise from the summit. We aim to reach the summit by 6 a.m., so we set out on our walk at 4 a.m. A weird kind of adrenaline starts to rush through you as you ascend Mount Batur view. When you see that view, you know it was all worthwhile. Although you could be cursing us after the hike up, you feel proud, and it’s pretty satisfying.

Look how much you’ve accomplished, considering it’s only 6:30 a.m. You wish to avoid taking a seat. Going to bed is something you detest. At the top, you want to embrace everyone. You wish to jive on like a crazy person! We’ll cook eggs in the volcano’s steam and toast marshmallows at the top while enjoying the sweet taste of triumph!

After our descent, we’ll treat ourselves to a dip at Toya Devasya Hot Springs. It is a fantastic place to take on your epic vacation and exciting morning because it is on the lake.
